About Michael Kaminski

A graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and the University of Denver College of Law, Michael Kaminski is an accomplished attorney, realtor and financier. Mr. Kaminski has vast experience in real estate finance, real estate law, real estate securities and real estate development and sales.

Michael has instructed realtors, attorneys, lenders, and accountants on a wide range of subjects.

Michael is a member of the State Bars of California, Colorado and Washington State, where he is a Real Estate Broker and has served as a licensed escrow agent and mortgage broker. Mr. Kaminski’s securities career encompasses both the primary and secondary markets, including both taxable and tax-exempt securities, and he has held both a General Securities and Financial and Operations Principal’s license from the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
