Strategies and Options for Realtors |
Option #1. Trust Structure: We provide the investor
- No Upfront or Backend Fees
- Submit your transaction online
- After your transaction is approved, we schedule an appointment to discuss our process with the homeowner
- We collect required documents from your client
- We will co-list the property on the MLS with you
- We negotiate with the bank and receive approval
- The investor either keeps the property for themselves or we find an end buyer
Option #2. Traditional Structure: You find the buyer- No Upfront or Backend Fees
- Submit your transaction online
- We collect required documents from your client
- You aggressively list the property on the MLS
- You send the retail contract to us once you have a buyer
- We finalize negotiations with the lender based on the Buyer’s offer
OR Simply refer us the listing. We handle everything and give you a 35% referral fee at closing. Option #3: Become a Certified Short Sale SpecialistEnroll today in one of our Certified Short Sale Specialist classes, and you can become the short sale expert your clients are looking for. In addition to the classroom portion of the training, we'll also mentor and coach you through your first short sales. If you are pursuing your Certified Short Sale Specialist designation, either of the options above will count towards the closings required.
